SQL Bits 2023 Round-Up

Hello! SQLBits 2023 has been and gone, and what a lot of fun it was. I only attended two days there, however I learned a lot, and got to catchup with some people who I had not seen since 2019, when SQLBits was in Manchester. I got to Newport on the Tuesday evening, and spent Wednesday working and finishing off my presentation. I came prepared with snacks and Pepsi as I saw that the hotel/ICC was some way away from a shop.

SQL Bits 2023 Preview

Hello! It’s that time of year again: SQLBits is here! I love SQLBits. One of my favourite conferences and I always look forward to going back. I say “back” however the conference tends to move around the UK, and this year is the first time it will be in Newport, Wales. But to further complicate thsi paragraph, this is the second time I’ve been to Newport, having seen Newport County vs Sutton United way back in 2003.
